Hi, I’m Mary.
In elementary school, we had to give a short presentation on fractions. I came up with a recipe, brought in a hotplate, and made soup. Many years later, I’m still looking for an excuse to feed people.
I have a BBA in Digital Marketing from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Professional Pastry Arts Certification from the International Culinary Center.
I love to create food memories digitally and in the kitchen.
I’m particularly interested in food photography, recipe testing and development, restaurant technology, innovation in hospitality, teaching virtually, and fixing issues within our food system.
