Hi, I’m Mary.
In elementary school, we had to give a short presentation on fractions. I came up with a recipe, brought in a hotplate, and made soup. Many years later, I’m still looking for an excuse to feed people.
I have a BBA in Digital Marketing from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Professional Pastry Arts Certification from the International Culinary Center.
I love to create food memories online and in the kitchen.
I’m particularly interested in food photography, recipe testing and development, teaching virtually, and fixing issues within our food system.
